目的：使用参考实验室定值血清评价临床实验室测量肌酸激酶和碱性磷酸酶结果的正确度。方法：参考实验室提供血清样品，临床实验室在常规条件下检测肌酸激酶、碱性磷酸酶项目，与参考测量值比较，偏移小于CLIA’88允许总误差（TEa）的1/2为可接受结果。结果：肌酸激酶、碱性磷酸酶检测结果偏移分别-13.0%、-9.0%、5.5%、-9.5%、-12.0%、-10.2%、-9.3%、-8.2%、-12.2%、-11.2%，均小于TEa的1/2。结论：临床实验室肌酸激酶、碱性磷酸酶检测正确度较好，与参考实验室比对可提高实验室检测能力。

목적：사용삼고실험실정치혈청평개림상실험실측량기산격매화감성린산매결과적정학도。방법：삼고실험실제공혈청양품，림상실험실재상규조건하검측기산격매、감성린산매항목，여삼고측량치비교，편이소우CLIA’88윤허총오차（TEa）적1/2위가접수결과。결과：기산격매、감성린산매검측결과편이분별-13.0%、-9.0%、5.5%、-9.5%、-12.0%、-10.2%、-9.3%、-8.2%、-12.2%、-11.2%，균소우TEa적1/2。결론：림상실험실기산격매、감성린산매검측정학도교호，여삼고실험실비대가제고실험실검측능력。
Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of test results from the clinical laboratory by using the serum with definite value from the reference laboratory. Methods: The serum sample was provided by the reference laboratory and used to test the values of creatine kinase (CK) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) under routine condition in clinical laborato-ry. Biases less than half of the allowed total errors (Tea) according to CLIA’88 were considered as acceptable results. Re-sults: The biases of the testing results of CK and ALP were -13.0%,-9.0%,5.5%,-9.5%,-12.0%,-10.2%,-9.3%,-8.2%,-12.2%,-11.2%, respectively. All the results were less than half of the allowed total errors according to CLIA’88. Conclusion: The results of CK and ALP from our clinical laboratory are accurate. The comparison of the results of clinical laboratory with the results of reference laboratory,which can improve the laboratory measurement capability.
