为了了解管柱内部信号传递的过程与规律以及各种信号的组成,通过建立信号传递过程模型,基于Windows平台,利用Delphi开发工具开发了管柱振动系统仿真软件,对管柱振动信号进行了仿真分析,提出了开展管柱振动信号测试分析的步骤和方法,同时利用室内管柱振动试验对该方法的有效性进行了验证。分析结果表明,管柱振动信号波形大体上分为结构类信号和传递类信号,结构类信号在时域上往往在特定的时刻出现,传递类信号往往随测量系统的变化而相应变化;在管柱物理参数不变的情况下,可以利用结构类信号来确定管柱的几何结构以及撞击信号的源特征;通过分析传递类信号的变化规律可以获得管柱长度、敲(撞)击位置、传播速度、透射系数及反射系数等各种有用信息。研究结果为新的管柱振动信号解释方法的创立创造了一定条件,也为井下管柱的故障诊断、定位,管柱系统特性参数的确定以及信号分析提供了依据。

To understand the signal transmission processes and rules as well as the structure and components of signals inside the drill string, through establishing signal transmission model, a drill string vibration simulation software has been developed based on the Windows platform by using Delphi tool?Based on the developed software, the drill string vibration signal simulation analysis has been conducted, and the procedures and methods for drill string vibration signal measurement and analysis have been proposed?Then, the method was validated by drill string vibration test?The results show that the drill string vibration waveform signal could be substantially divided in?to structural signal and transmission signal?The structure type signals often appear at a particular time in the time domain, while the transmission signal often varies with the change of measurement system?For a given unchanged physical parameters of the drill string, the structural signal can be used to determine the drill string geometric structure and the signal source characteristics?Analyses on the variation of the transmission signal could gain useful information like drill string length, hit position, transmission speed and transmission and reflection coefficient.
