多次激活旁通阀可以消除随钻堵漏和循环洗井等作业对特殊井下工具(定向MWD、LWD测井仪器、螺杆、涡轮和钻头等)敏感性元件不利的影响,同时可以消除定向井和水平井段的岩屑床,应用前景广阔。介绍了国外多次激活旁通阀的技术特点,包括DSI公司的PBL多次激活旁通阀、 Baker Hughes公司XP循环阀、 XDT公司TAZ无限次激活旁通阀、国民油井公司MOCS工具以及威德福公司的JetStream钻井循环阀。指出多次激活旁通阀的发展趋势是单趟下入无限次激活和远程智能控制。建议我国尽早开展多次激活旁通阀的研究,以缩小与国外的技术差距,提高我国的石油装备研发水平。

Multiple activation bypass valve can eliminate adverse effects of operations like plugging while drilling and wellbore cleanout on sensitive elements of special downhole tools ( MWD, LWD tool, rotary steerable tool, positive displacement tool, turbine motor and bit) , and can also reduce the cuttings bed in directional and horizontal wellbore, presenting a broad application prospect?Introduction has been conducted on the technical fea?tures of foreign multiple activation bypass valve, including DSI’ s PBL multiple activation bypass valve, Baker Hughes XP circulation valve, XDT’ s TAZ unlimited activation bypass valve, NOV’ s MOCS tool and JetStream circulation valve of Weatherford?The development trend of multiple activation bypass valve would be repeated acti?vation in single trip running and remote intelligent control?Recommendation are given that multiple activation by?pass valve researches should be carried out as soon as possible to the narrow the technology gap with foreign coun?tries and improve the level of oil equipment research and development in China.
