通过分析压煤村庄搬迁开采中存在的主要问题，对压煤村庄搬迁管理流程进行优化，使被村庄压覆的煤炭资源得到深度开发利用。一方面，延长矿井开采年限，充分实现煤炭资源的价值；另一方面，可以有效改善压煤村庄居民的居住环境，减少压煤村庄搬迁过程中的矛盾。

Through the analysis of the main problems existing in the relocation of coal unexploited villages, optimizing the coal unexploited villages’ relocation management process, in order to better develop and use the coal resources. On the one hand, it need to extend the mine exploitation term to fully realize the value of coal resources; On the other hand, it can improve the coal village residents' living environment, and reduce the contradiction in the process of coal village relocation.
