目的:探讨肺结核合并糖尿病患者外周血CD4+CD2+5 Treg细胞比例与血糖水平的相关性。方法纳入活动性肺结核合并糖尿病患者40例、活动性肺结核患者38例、糖尿病患者35例、健康体检正常者30例,检测各组患者外周血CD4+CD2+5Treg细胞比例、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),分析外周血 CD4+CD2+5 Treg 细胞与血糖的相关性。结果活动性肺结核合并糖尿病组外周血CD4+CD2+5 Treg细胞比例高于活动性肺结核组、糖尿病组、健康对照组( t值分别为2.71、2.41、3.23,P值均<0.05);相关性分析提示活动性肺结核合并糖尿病组患者外周血CD4+CD2+5 Treg细胞比例与FBG、2hPBG水平无明显相关性(P值均>0.05),但与HbA1c水平与呈正相关(相关系数r值为0.293,P=0.014)。结论活动性肺结核合并糖尿病患者CD4+CD2+5 Treg细胞比例升高,且与HbA1c水平正相关,在两病并存的发生发展中起到一定作用。

목적:탐토폐결핵합병당뇨병환자외주혈CD4+CD2+5 Treg세포비례여혈당수평적상관성。방법납입활동성폐결핵합병당뇨병환자40례、활동성폐결핵환자38례、당뇨병환자35례、건강체검정상자30례,검측각조환자외주혈CD4+CD2+5Treg세포비례、공복혈당(FBG)、찬후2소시혈당(2hPBG)、당화혈홍단백(HbA1c),분석외주혈 CD4+CD2+5 Treg 세포여혈당적상관성。결과활동성폐결핵합병당뇨병조외주혈CD4+CD2+5 Treg세포비례고우활동성폐결핵조、당뇨병조、건강대조조( t치분별위2.71、2.41、3.23,P치균<0.05);상관성분석제시활동성폐결핵합병당뇨병조환자외주혈CD4+CD2+5 Treg세포비례여FBG、2hPBG수평무명현상관성(P치균>0.05),단여HbA1c수평여정정상관(상관계수r치위0.293,P=0.014)。결론활동성폐결핵합병당뇨병환자CD4+CD2+5 Treg세포비례승고,차여HbA1c수평정상관,재량병병존적발생발전중기도일정작용。
Objective To investigate the correlation between CD4+CD2+5 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood and blood glucose in pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods The study select-ed 40 PT patients complicated with diabetes mellitus as the group A, 38 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis as the group B, 35 patients with diabetes mellitus as the group C and 30 healthy people as the control group. The per-centages of CD4+CD2+5 Treg cells in peripheral blood, fasting blood glucose ( FBG) , two hours postprandial blood glu-cose (2hPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were detected. Then the correlation between CD4+CD2+5 regula-tory T cells and blood glucose was analyzed. Results The percentage of CD4+CD2+5 Treg cells in peripheral blood was the highest in group A (t=2. 71, 2. 41, 3. 23 respectively, P<0. 05). CD4+CD2+5Treg cells in peripheral blood had no significantly liner correlation with FBG or 2hPBG in the group A (P>0. 05), while it showed a positive linear correlation with HbA1c (r=0. 293, P=0. 014). Conclusion The percentage of CD4+CD2+5 Treg cells in peripheral blood increases in active tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes patients, and it has a positive linear correla-tion with HbA1c, which plays a role in the development of the disease.
