目的：了解深圳市宝安区医务人员对结核病防治知识知晓和诊疗行为现状,并分析其影响因素,为下一步有针对性地开展医务人员结核病防治知识培训提供科学依据。方法利用自行设计的医务人员结核病防治知识及诊疗行为情况调查问卷,整群抽取8所综合医院的126名放射科及其他相关科室医生进行问卷调查。采用χ2检验以及多因素Logistic回归模型,分析医务人员知识知晓及诊疗行为的影响因素。结果①医务人员结核病防治知识总知晓率为87．1%,其中“知道确诊结核病最主要方法”的知晓率为69．0%；②诊疗行为总合格率为93．6%,其中“对结核病人宣传过结核病免费治疗政策”的诊疗行为合格率为79．4%；③不同科室间医务人员防治知识差异有统计学意义(Z=2．665,P=0．008)；④现所在岗位工龄和职称对某些知识知晓率有影响,某些知识知晓情况对部分行为合格率有影响。结论①医务人员结核病防治知识认识水平尚可,但对确诊结核病最主要方法的认识水平欠佳；②诊治行为合格率较高,但对结核病患者宣传结核病免费治疗政策的积极性不高。③其他相关科室医务人员知识总知晓率高于放射科；④可结合知识知晓情况与诊疗行为的关系,有针对性地对医务人员进行结核病防治知识培训,以提高其诊疗行为合格率。

Objective To learn the current situation of the knowledge and behavior of medical staff about tuberculosis prevention and treatment in Bao'an District. Methods 126 doctors were given the self-designed ques-tionnaire about medical staff's knowledge and behavior of tuberculosis prevention and treatment. The factors which in-fluenced their knowledge and diagnosis and treatment were analyzed by χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression model. Results The total awareness rate of medical staff on the knowledge of TB prevention and control was 87. 1%, and the awareness rate of "knowing the main method for diagnosis of tuberculosis" was 69. 0%. The total qualified rate of diagnosis and treatment was 93. 6%, and the qualified rate of"propagandizing TB patients policy of TB free treatment" was 79. 4%. There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge of prevention and control among medical personnel in different departments (Z=2. 665, P=0. 008). The job seniority and profession-al title influenced on some awareness rates of knowledge, and some awareness of knowledge influenced on some quali-fied rates of behavior. Conclusion The medical staff's knowledge level of TB prevention and cure is good, but the understanding level of the main method for diagnosis of tuberculosis is poor. The qualified rate of diagnosis and treat-ment is high, but the enthusiasm about propaganda of policy of the free treatment for TB patients is not high. The medical personnel in other relevant departments scores higher than that in radiology department. The qualified rate of diagnosis and treatment of TB prevention and control can be improved by undergoing a training session about TB pre-vention and control combined with the relationship of awareness of knowledge and diagnosis and treatment.
