N,N-二甲基乙酰胺( DMAC)被作为化工原料和有机良溶剂,被广泛应用于石油、化工、医药等行业。含有DMAC的废水化学稳定性强,环境危害严重,因此对DMAC进行快速、高效回收再利用是必要的。本文对DMAC的回收、废水处理等方面的研究进行综述,发现根据DMAC废液成分的不同和含量的不同,其处理及回收的方法各不同,现在应用广泛的回收手段是精馏和萃取。

N, N-dimethylformamide ( DMAC ) is used as chemical raw material and good organic solvent in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The chemical stability of wastewater containing DMAC is strong, and the environmental hazard is serious, so it is necessary to take DMAC out from wastewater fast and high-efficiently. The research on the treatment method of DMAC wastewater is to explore the processing technology more cheap and high-efficient. The recovery of DMAC wastewater treatment and other aspects were reviewed, different treatment was used in wastewater with different content and composition, rectification and extraction were widely used as recovery methods now.
