民办高校是我国高等教育体系中重要的组成部分。文章在教育部颁布《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准（暂行）》的基础上，分析民办高校辅导员的能力素质特点和存在问题，旨在寻找制约民办高校辅导员职业生涯的主要原因，提出解决这些问题的可行方法与措施，为民办高校育人工作提供更好的服务，为辅导员专业化、职业化的发展，大学生思想政治教育工作质量的提高提供参考。
民辦高校是我國高等教育體繫中重要的組成部分。文章在教育部頒佈《高等學校輔導員職業能力標準（暫行）》的基礎上，分析民辦高校輔導員的能力素質特點和存在問題，旨在尋找製約民辦高校輔導員職業生涯的主要原因，提齣解決這些問題的可行方法與措施，為民辦高校育人工作提供更好的服務，為輔導員專業化、職業化的髮展，大學生思想政治教育工作質量的提高提供參攷。
민판고교시아국고등교육체계중중요적조성부분。문장재교육부반포《고등학교보도원직업능력표준（잠행）》적기출상，분석민판고교보도원적능력소질특점화존재문제，지재심조제약민판고교보도원직업생애적주요원인，제출해결저사문제적가행방법여조시，위민판고교육인공작제공경호적복무，위보도원전업화、직업화적발전，대학생사상정치교육공작질량적제고제공삼고。
Nowadays, private colleges are playing an important part in higher education system in China. The ar-ticle was published by ministry of educationon the basis of proffessional ability in college and universities (provi-sional regulation), through analysing the professional ability of instructors' proffessionaland a series problems in non-government institution,which found the main reason to make instructors' professional ability can be improved and put forward some idears and take some measures to solve this problems. Meanwhile, private education institutionbut im-prove the ability of institution ,the more specialization, the more professional.And finally, which can provide a refer-ence to higher institution to improve the qualityof college ideological education work.
