火电厂一直是测量燃烧过程出口的烟气含氧量来控制燃烧效率,但氧量的测量受漏风测量仪表等因素影响,不确定度很大,长期以来导致锅炉燃烧效率的低下。本文通过介绍一种新型的燃烧控制方案,即通过测量CO来代替测量O2调整二次风量,从而提高控制精度和燃烧效率。

Thermal power plant has been the measurement of combustion flue gas outlet oxygen content to control the combustion efficiency,but the oxygen measurement is affected by factors such as leakage measuring instrument,uncertainty is very large long lead to low combustion efficiency of the boiler.This paper in-troduces a new control scheme of combustion,which is measured by the CO to replace the measurement of O2 two times to adjust the air volume,so as to improve the control precision and the combustion efficiency.
