焦作市山前局部地带存在有原生湿陷性黄土,武陟县、温县、孟州市沿黄河一带有次生湿陷性黄土,市区等地存在湿陷性素填土、湿陷性碎石土等其他湿陷性土。对不同的湿陷性土,研究方法应有所侧重,其地基处理方法应根据湿陷性土的特征结合建筑物特点,本着经济安全适用的原则,尽可能地选择不破坏原始地层、简单易行、质量容易控制和便于检测的地基处理方法;灰土垫层和灰土挤密桩能消除各种湿陷性土地基的湿陷性,形成的复合地基能提高地基承载力、改善地基土的承载性状,是焦作市最经济有效的地基处理方法之一。

Native collapsible loess may exist in the piedmont partial areas of Jiaozuo City, and secondary collapsible loess exist in Wuzhi County, Wen County and Mengzhou City along the Yellow River areas, then collapsible lime soil, gravelly soil and other collapsible loess exist in the city areas. The research methods of collapsible loess depend on the type of collapsible loess. The foundation treatment should follow the principle of protection of primary strata, simplicity and controllability, with the characteristics of collapsible loess and buildings into consideration; lime cushion and lime-soil compacted pile can erase the collapsibility of collapsible loess, while the composite foundation can improve the bearing capacity and behavior of foundation soil, which is regarded as one of the most economic and effective foundation treatment methods of foundation of Jiaozuo City.
