氯元素含量上限指标是气流床水煤浆气化系统运行控制的参数之一,本文以神华某化工公司气化系统为研究对象,在整个气化岛物料平衡的基础上,对含氯物流(煤、研磨水、粗渣与细渣及含水、和外排灰水)取样并化验分析,得出了该公司气化岛各个物流氯元素含量及分布规律,并最终得出氯元素在整个系统的平衡率为95.94%。以此为基础,为GE水煤浆气化灰水氯元素选择性脱除增加系统外排灰水回用技术开发,提供理论基础和处理依据。

The maxium chlorine contentindex is one of theparametersfor operation and control ofentrained flow?gasifications of coal water slurry system. This article takes the gasification system of achemical company of Shenhuaas the research object,on the basis of thematerial balance of GasificationIsland,analyzes samples of the?chlorine(coal,water,coarsegrindingslag andwater,fine slagand water,and efflux gray water), Sampling and laborato?ry analysis,distribution in each gasificationisland and draws the conclusion that thebalance rate of chlorin?einthe the whole system was 95.94%.This provides the theoretical basis andtreatment basis for the selective removal of chlorine in GE’scoal-water slurrygasification system.
