目的：分析影响老年男性癫痫患者生活质量的各个因素及相应干预对策。方法选取我院神经内科收治的52例门诊及住院癫痫患者为研究对象，以癫痫患者生活质量量表‐89作为评分标准，对比分析婚姻状况、受教育程度、病程、发作类型、服药种类等对老年男性癫痫患者的生活质量的影响。结果已婚患者在药物影响、社会功能及生活质量总分方均面明显高于未婚患者（P＜0.05）；受教育程度对担心发作、认知水平药物影响、社会功能及生活质量总分均有影响（P＜0.05）；发作病程≥20 a患者的生活质量明显低于病程＜20 a患者（ P＜0.05）；发作类型、服药种类对生活质量均有显著影响（ P＜0.05）。结论婚姻状况、受教育程度、病程、发作类型、服药种类等均对患者的生活质量存在不同程度的影响，需引起医护人员的足够重视。
목적：분석영향노년남성전간환자생활질량적각개인소급상응간예대책。방법선취아원신경내과수치적52례문진급주원전간환자위연구대상，이전간환자생활질량량표‐89작위평분표준，대비분석혼인상황、수교육정도、병정、발작류형、복약충류등대노년남성전간환자적생활질량적영향。결과이혼환자재약물영향、사회공능급생활질량총분방균면명현고우미혼환자（P＜0.05）；수교육정도대담심발작、인지수평약물영향、사회공능급생활질량총분균유영향（P＜0.05）；발작병정≥20 a환자적생활질량명현저우병정＜20 a환자（ P＜0.05）；발작류형、복약충류대생활질량균유현저영향（ P＜0.05）。결론혼인상황、수교육정도、병정、발작류형、복약충류등균대환자적생활질량존재불동정도적영향，수인기의호인원적족구중시。
Objective To analyze intervention strategies and influence factors of the quality of life in male elderly patients with epilepsy .Methods 52 outpatients and inpatients with epilepsy in the department of neurology in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2014 were selected as the research objects .The quality of life of epilepsy patients scale (QOL‐89) was consid‐ered as scoring criteria to comparatively analyze marital status ,education level ,course of disease ,seizure type ,medicine type which influenced the quality of life in male elderly patients with epilepsy .Results The married patients in the drug effect ,so‐cial function and quality of life scores were significantly higher than unmarried patients (P<0 .05);education degree had a sta‐tistical effect on fear attacks ,cognitive level ,drug effect ,social function and quality of life (P<0 .05);Patients with attack course ≥20 years had worse quality of life than patients with course <20 years (P<0 .05);Seizure type and medicine type had statistically significant effects on quality of life (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Marital status ,education level ,course of disease ,sei‐zure type ,medicine type all have different effect on the quality of life ,and attention must be paid to the medical personnel .
