目的::研究健康教育在骨折治疗护理中临床应用效果情况。方法:通过医院的系统平台,选择实际的案例进行调查,主要选取100例符合要求的患者,随机分成两组,各组基本情况协调。前一组属于对照组,采用常规临床护理;后一组属于观察组,是在前一组护理的基础上,再根据患者们的病情的特征配合特色护理措施,对患者进行有计划的健康教育;最终观察比较两组患者临床效果的差异。结果:两组患者相较于治疗前都有明显恢复,但第二种护理要更有效果一些,(P <0.05),也更容易被患者接受。结论:健康教育在骨折护理中能有效帮助病人更好改善身体状况,应该大力推广临床应用。

목적::연구건강교육재골절치료호리중림상응용효과정황。방법:통과의원적계통평태,선택실제적안례진행조사,주요선취100례부합요구적환자,수궤분성량조,각조기본정황협조。전일조속우대조조,채용상규림상호리;후일조속우관찰조,시재전일조호리적기출상,재근거환자문적병정적특정배합특색호리조시,대환자진행유계화적건강교육;최종관찰비교량조환자림상효과적차이。결과:량조환자상교우치료전도유명현회복,단제이충호리요경유효과일사,(P <0.05),야경용역피환자접수。결론:건강교육재골절호리중능유효방조병인경호개선신체상황,응해대력추엄림상응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of health education in the nursing for fracture.Methods:Select practical cases from the platform of the system of hospital to make investigation .Se-lect relevant 100 cases and randomly divide them into 2 groups,the basic situation of the 2 group were coor-dinative.The first group was the control group and they were treated with routine clinical nursing ,the later one was defined as the observation group and were added with special nursing measures according to the spe-cific situation of the patients based on the treatment in control group,carry out planned health education on patients ,finally observe and compare the difference between the 2 groups in clinical nursing effect.Results:The situation the patients in both group had recovered obviously compared with that before treatment,but the second nursing method was more effective P < 0.05,and patients would be more likely to appreciate. Conclusion:The application of health education in the nursing for fracture can help to improve the situation of patients better,it is worthy of vigorously clinical promotion and application.
