国际经济与贸易专业属于经济学学科门类中的应用经济学范畴，隶属经济与贸易类，多年来一直是财经类热门招生专业。然而该专业的就业市场却存在着“毕业生就业难、用人单位招聘难”的奇怪现象。其根本原因是该专业的人才培养方案没有根据社会需求及时进行调整，特别是实践教学流于形式，没有在人才培养中发挥应有的作用。基于此，山东青年政治学院国际经济与贸易专业自2007年开始开展了一系列实践教学改革，并取得了较好的教学效果和社会声誉。

The major of international economics and trade,which belongs to the disciplines of applied economics in the categories of economics, has been a popular major for many years. However, in the employment market for this major, there is a strange phenomenon of "difficult employment for college graduates and difficult recruitment for the employers". The fundamental reason is that the training program of the major has not been adjusted in time ac-cording to the needs of the society, especially the practical teaching,which is a mere formality and can not play a normal role in the personnel training. Based on this, since 2007, the international economics and trade major from Shandong Youth University of Political and Science, has carried out a series of practical teaching reforms and achieved good teaching results and social reputation.
