本设计是利用单片机来实现测试的,其中电阻和电容是采用555多谐振荡电路产生的,而电感则是根据电容三点式产生的,从而实现各个参数的测量。在电阻的测量电路中,把它分为两档来进行测量,并用单片机来驱动继电器以实现,这样,一方面测量精度较高,另一方面便于使仪表实现智能、自动化。

본설계시이용단편궤래실현측시적,기중전조화전용시채용555다해진탕전로산생적,이전감칙시근거전용삼점식산생적,종이실현각개삼수적측량。재전조적측량전로중,파타분위량당래진행측량,병용단편궤래구동계전기이실현,저양,일방면측량정도교고,령일방면편우사의표실현지능、자동화。
This design is the use of single chip microcomputer to realize the test, the resistance and capacitance was produced by more than 555 harmonic oscillation circuit, and the inductance is based on the three-point capaci-tance, so as to realize the measurement of each parameter. In the measurement circuit of resistance, it is divided into two levels to measure and to drive the relay and single chip microcomputer to realize, in this way, on the one hand, high measurement precision, on the other hand, easy to realize intelligent instrument and automation.
