基于30个省、市、自治区大中型工业企业数据,运用面板数据门槛模型对政府资助与企业研发投入之间的关系展开研究。从双重门槛模型的实证结果可知,随着政府资助强度的提高,企业研发投入强度的系数由正到负,两者之间呈现倒“U”型关系。实证结果建议,政府需要逐步减少对企业的干预,鼓励企业成为自主创新的主体,进一步推动市场化进程。

Taking the sample of large and medium-sized enterprises of 30 provinces in China, this paper investigates the re-lationship between government subsidy and enterprises’ R&D investment by panel data threshold model. The empirical result of double threshold model shows that the coefficient of enterprises’ R&D investment varies from positive to negative within the raise of government subsidy intensity, that is to say, the relationship between government subsidy and enterprises’ R&D investment is inverted-U. It gives some suggestion that government should cut down their intervention to enterprises gradual-ly, encourage enterprises to be the principal part of self-innovation and push market process further advanced.
