针对当前有机化学实验教学中存在学生创新能力培养不足、教学内容陈旧、教学方法落后等问题,在有机化学实验教学中进行了积极探索,提出了在有机化学实验教学中强化学生创新能力培养的措施。通过优化整合实验教学内容,开发研究性实验项目,实施研究性教学与开放性教学,创新实验教学评价体系等措施,构建了新的有机化学实验教学体系、教学模式以及考核办法,取得了较好效果。
針對噹前有機化學實驗教學中存在學生創新能力培養不足、教學內容陳舊、教學方法落後等問題,在有機化學實驗教學中進行瞭積極探索,提齣瞭在有機化學實驗教學中彊化學生創新能力培養的措施。通過優化整閤實驗教學內容,開髮研究性實驗項目,實施研究性教學與開放性教學,創新實驗教學評價體繫等措施,構建瞭新的有機化學實驗教學體繫、教學模式以及攷覈辦法,取得瞭較好效果。

By analyzing the problems in organic chemistry experiment teaching, such as the lack of innovative capacity, the obsolete teaching content, the backward teaching methods, the positive explorations in organic chemistry experiment teaching were carried out, and some concrete methods that can strengthen the innovation ability of students were presented. By optimizing the integration of experimental teaching content, developmenting research experiment project, implementing research teaching and open teaching, innovating experiment teaching evaluation system, the new teaching system of organic chemistry experiment, teaching mode and assessment method were constructed, and good results were achieved.
