某钢铁企业650 m3氧气球罐在历次检验中发现对接焊缝上有较多的表面裂纹,针对该球罐主体材质07MnCrMoVR高强钢的焊接特点,对裂纹部位进行复膜金相和硬度测定,从裂纹分布形貌和产生机理综合分析,认为属于焊接冷裂纹中的延迟裂纹,不属于再热裂纹,并提出相应处理和预防措施。

In?several?inspections?for?one?650?m3 oxygen spherical tank, quite a lot cracks were found in weld seams. With respect to the characteristics of welding for material of 07MnCrMoVR, the metallographic composition and the hardness around cracks were measured.?Based?on?comprehensive?analysis,?it?was?considered?that?the?cracks?are?postweld?relayed?cold?cracks,?and?are?not?reheated?cracks. Then, the related treating and protecting measures were presented.
