学生宿舍是大学生在校内重要的生活及活动场所，是最贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生的思想政治教育阵地。本文从高校宿舍思政教育工作现状分析入手，进行了构建兼职辅导员宿舍育人工作队伍的可行性分析，并重点阐述了学生兼职辅导员在宿舍思政教育中的作用发挥，充分发挥他们辅助管理和朋辈帮扶作用，在学生宿舍中形成“传帮带”的氛围，这将有效地推进高校宿舍思想政治教育迈上一个新的台阶。

Student dormitory is an important place for college students to live and work in the school. It is the ideological and political education position that is the closest to the reality, the life and the students. According to the present situation analysis of the college dormitory thought political education,this paper constructs the feasibility analysis of part-time instructors dormitory education work team, and focuses on the role of the students' part-time in-structors in the dormitory for the thought political education, giving full play to their auxiliary role management and peer helping, making the formation of "mentoring" atmosphere in the student dormitory.This all will effectively pro-mote ideological and political education of college dormitory to step onto a new stage.
