高校毕业生是我国就业问题中带有民生性的核心问题，在“就业难”背景下，成长环境不同的“90后”大学生在就业压力中要实现自我价值，实现梦想，还有哪些问题值得他们注意，值得学界研究。笔者在梳理了既有研究理论的基础上，认为在学好专业知识的基础上职业兴趣爱好、脚踏实地、良好的语言表达能力是他们成功就业的保障。

University graduates' employment is a core issue con-cerning people's livelihood in China."Post-90s"university stu-dents grow up in a new environment, so in the background of"difficult employment", what should attract their attention in the self-realization of their value and dreams under the pressure of employment, is worthy of academic research. Based on a summa-ry of the existing studies and theories, the writer holds that, in addition to professional knowledge learning, they should develop their occupational interests and hobbies and good language ex-pression ability, and most importantly, they should be grounded.
