研究了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定铬矿中Mn,Ni,Co,CaO,MgO,K2O和Na2O。样品经氢氟酸除硅,盐酸,高氯酸分解,用盐酸挥去铬酰,在酸性介质中导入电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪中进行测定。实验表明,该方法的精密度(RSD,n=10)为2.42%~4.50%,元素回收率在96.00%~104.20%,与现有分析方法比较,操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,可满足日常分析要求。

This paper studies the determination on Mn,Ni,Co,CaO,MgO,Na2O and K2O in chrome ore by ICP-AES. The silicon in the sample is removed by hydrofluoric acid and the sample is decomposed by hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid,determinated by ICP-AES in acid medium. Experiments show that precision (RSD,n=10)is 2.42%~4.50%, element recovery ratio is 96.00%~104.20%, this method is simple, rapid, has high sensitivity compared with the existing analysis method and it can meet the requirements of routine analysis.
