专职实验员作为医学实践教育主体之一,既是实验带教的直接参与者,又是老师与学生之间的桥梁。专职实验员队伍建设与培养的好坏将直接影响医学生实验学习效果的优劣,而“传帮带”模式是通过以老带新的传统教授方法,旨在提高青年实验员的实验教学、科研及公共事业服务等各方面能力,从而培养实验教学骨干力量。在2014-2015年期间,本实验教学中心进行了“传帮带”模式的初步探索,并证明"传帮带”是一种有效的实验人才培养方法。

As one of the main subjects of medical practice, the full-time experimental staff is not only the direct participant in the experimental teaching, but also the bridge between the teachers and the students. Full-time laboratory team construction and the cultivation of quality will have a direct impact on the pros and cons of medical students’ experimental learning effect, and through the senior person with the beginner traditional teaching methods, Mentoring Model can improve all aspects of youth of the laboratory assistant experiment teaching, research and public service ability, so as to cultivate the experimental teaching backbone. In the period from 2014 to 2015 , preliminary exploration of Mentoring Model mode in the experimental teaching center was studied, and it was proved that Mentoring Model was an effective experimental methods of personnel training.
