军校硕士研究生教育是培养军事技术和管理高级人才的摇篮，其培养质量的高低，直接关系到“能打仗、打胜仗”目标的实现。我国军队院校硕士研究生培养质量评估开展时间还较短，评估体系及评估指标等尚有待完善。本文通过对中美军队院校硕士研究生质量评估体系进行研究与分析，寻找我国军队院校评估体系存在的不足之处，并提出相关的对策。

Military academy graduate student education is a cradle for cultivating senior talents with military technology and management ability; the training quality———high or low, is directly related to the realization of the "fighting and winning" goal. The quality assessment of our military academy graduate student training is working within a short time, evaluation system and evaluation index remains to be perfect. This article studies and analyzes the qual-ity evaluation system of China and the United States military academy graduate students, finds the deficiencies exist-ing in our military academy evaluation system, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
