为适应精英化与个性化的人才培养需求，哈尔滨工业大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业在面向拔尖人才培养的“工程领军人才培养计划”项目中积极探索，从人才选拔、培养方案制定、科研实践、校企联合培养等方面进行了深入改革，以期在拔尖人才培养方面有所创新。
위괄응정영화여개성화적인재배양수구，합이빈공업대학궤계설계제조급기자동화전업재면향발첨인재배양적“공정령군인재배양계화”항목중적겁탐색，종인재선발、배양방안제정、과연실천、교기연합배양등방면진행료심입개혁，이기재발첨인재배양방면유소창신。
To meet the talent cultivation demands of elitism and individuality, a project named "Talent Training Plan of Engineering Leader" is explored and practiced in the major of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Au-tomation of Harbin Institute of Technology. Some innovations and deeper reforms are performed in talent selection, re-vision of training program, scientific research practice, joint education of school and enterprise, etc. which could pro-vide reference for other technical majors.
