在高职院校践行橡胶品格教育，对提升人才培养质量有着很大的促进作用。在阐述“橡胶品格”内涵的基础上，以徐州工业职业技术学院为例，从创建优良教风学风，营造积极向上的文化氛围，以及提升学生综合素质等方面，对“橡胶品格”在高职院校人才培养方面发挥的作用进行了探讨。

재고직원교천행상효품격교육，대제승인재배양질량유착흔대적촉진작용。재천술“상효품격”내함적기출상，이서주공업직업기술학원위례，종창건우량교풍학풍，영조적겁향상적문화분위，이급제승학생종합소질등방면，대“상효품격”재고직원교인재배양방면발휘적작용진행료탐토。
It plays a positive role in promoting the quality of the talents cultivation in higher voca-tional colleges to implementing rubber quality education.Based on explaining the connotation of rubber quality,this paper,taking Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology as an example,dis-cusses the effects of implementing rubber quality education in improving the quality of the talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges from aspects of building good teaching and learning style, establishing positive culture atmosphere,and improving students'comprehensive quality.
