长期以来,高校课堂教学这一环节在相当多的大学没有获得足够的地位和应有的重视,这从管理部门制订的课薪标准和职称评审标准中可见一斑,重科研,轻教学,这种现象严重打击了相当一部分敬业爱岗的教师的积极性,所造成的负面影响不可忽视。高校课堂教学是学生获取知识的首要途径,是教书育人的重要阵地,也是展示学校风采的一个重要窗口,我们理应把课堂教学水平和教学效果作为制订课薪标准和职称评审标准中的一个决定性指标。
