为了解决由于Anammox菌生长缓慢、倍增时间长而导致厌氧氨氧化反应器启动时间长的瓶颈问题,对序批式厌氧氨氧化反应器启动过程中的脱氮性能、高活性Anammox菌的诱导作用以及Anammox倾向于“抱团”聚集生长的特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:Anammox菌有明显的群体感应现象,基于此特性提出了加速反应器启动的新思路,即外加高活性Anammox菌以及向反应器中加入载体。
為瞭解決由于Anammox菌生長緩慢、倍增時間長而導緻厭氧氨氧化反應器啟動時間長的瓶頸問題,對序批式厭氧氨氧化反應器啟動過程中的脫氮性能、高活性Anammox菌的誘導作用以及Anammox傾嚮于“抱糰”聚集生長的特性進行瞭研究。研究結果錶明:Anammox菌有明顯的群體感應現象,基于此特性提齣瞭加速反應器啟動的新思路,即外加高活性Anammox菌以及嚮反應器中加入載體。

In order to shorten the start-up period of Anammox bioreactor, the nitrogen removal efficiency of a Anammox sequencing batch reactor( SBR) in start-up period was investigated, and at the same time, the induction effect of Anammox bacteria with high Anammox activity and the characteristic of growth in aggregate of Anammox bacteria in the SBR were analyzed. According to the result of present study, it shows that quorum-sensing also exists in Anammox bacteria. At last, two methods to accelerate the start-up of Anammox bioreactor were proposed, that is, adding Anammox bacteria with high Anammox activity and adding suitable carrier to the reactor.
