目的:探讨慢性肾病患者抗氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox‐LDL )抗体水平与炎性细胞因子表达的相关性。方法收集慢性肾病患者50例,以及健康体检者10例(对照组)作为研究对象。检测研究对象血浆抗ox‐LDL抗体水平,根据检测结果将慢性肾病患者分为高滴度组(抗ox‐LDL抗体滴度≥23μg/mL ,n=21)和低滴度组(抗ox‐LDL抗体滴度<23μg/mL ,n=29),比较各组炎性细胞因子[干扰素(IFN)‐α、IFN‐β、IFN‐γ、白细胞介素(IL)‐6、IL‐10、IL‐12]基因表达水平。结果与对照组相比,高滴度组和低滴度组 IFN‐α、IFN‐β和 IFN‐γ均明显升高( P<0.05)。低滴度组IL‐6和IL‐10较对照组有明显升高( P<0.05),但高滴度组与对照组差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);高滴度组和低滴度组IL‐12水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论慢性肾病患者血中抗ox‐LDL抗体升高程度与多个炎性因细胞子表达水平具有一定相关性,检测慢性肾病患者血中抗ox‐LDL抗体水平对了解疾病进程有重要的临床价值。

목적:탐토만성신병환자항양화저밀도지단백(ox‐LDL )항체수평여염성세포인자표체적상관성。방법수집만성신병환자50례,이급건강체검자10례(대조조)작위연구대상。검측연구대상혈장항ox‐LDL항체수평,근거검측결과장만성신병환자분위고적도조(항ox‐LDL항체적도≥23μg/mL ,n=21)화저적도조(항ox‐LDL항체적도<23μg/mL ,n=29),비교각조염성세포인자[간우소(IFN)‐α、IFN‐β、IFN‐γ、백세포개소(IL)‐6、IL‐10、IL‐12]기인표체수평。결과여대조조상비,고적도조화저적도조 IFN‐α、IFN‐β화 IFN‐γ균명현승고( P<0.05)。저적도조IL‐6화IL‐10교대조조유명현승고( P<0.05),단고적도조여대조조차이무통계학의의( P>0.05);고적도조화저적도조IL‐12수평균명현고우대조조,차이균유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론만성신병환자혈중항ox‐LDL항체승고정도여다개염성인세포자표체수평구유일정상관성,검측만성신병환자혈중항ox‐LDL항체수평대료해질병진정유중요적림상개치。
Objective To explore the relationship of the anti‐ox‐LDL antibody level and cytokine expression in patients with chronic kidney disease .Methods 50 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease were enrolled ,and 10 healthy people were selected as control group .The plasma levels of anti‐ox‐LDL antibody were detected .According to the results ,the patients with chronic kidney disease were divided into high titer group (anti‐ox‐LDL antibody ≥23μg/mL ,n=21) and low titer group (anti‐ox‐LDL antibody<23 μg/mL ,n=29) .The gene expression levels of in‐flammatory cytokines (IFN‐α,IFN‐β,IFN‐γ,IL‐6 ,IL‐10 and IL‐12) in each group were compared .Results Compa‐ring with control group ,the levels of IFN‐α,IFN‐βand IFN‐γsignificantly increased in both high titer group and low titer group (P<0 .05) .The levels of IL‐6 and IL‐10 of low titer group were significantly higher than control group (P<0 .05) ,however ,those of high titer group were not significantly different from control group (P>0 .05) .The IL‐12 levels of higher titer group and low titer group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0 .05) . Conclusion The increase of anti‐ox‐LDL antibody in patients with chronic kidney disease related with the expression of many inflammatory cytokines .The detection of anti‐ox‐LDL antibody was important to understand the progression of chronic kidney disease .
