教学能力是体现教师地位和作用的核心因素,而教学能力的提升必须以合理的知识结构为基础。当前高师生知识结构不尽合理,制约着教学能力的提升。学校要调整课程设置,深化课程内涵,学生要自学、反思、建构和完善自己的知识结构,为提升教学能力提供坚实的基础。
教學能力是體現教師地位和作用的覈心因素,而教學能力的提升必鬚以閤理的知識結構為基礎。噹前高師生知識結構不儘閤理,製約著教學能力的提升。學校要調整課程設置,深化課程內涵,學生要自學、反思、建構和完善自己的知識結構,為提升教學能力提供堅實的基礎。
교학능력시체현교사지위화작용적핵심인소,이교학능력적제승필수이합리적지식결구위기출。당전고사생지식결구불진합리,제약착교학능력적제승。학교요조정과정설치,심화과정내함,학생요자학、반사、건구화완선자기적지식결구,위제승교학능력제공견실적기출。
Teaching ability is the core factor which reflects the position and function of teachers,and the im-provement of teaching ability must be based on reasonable structure of knowledge. At present, the knowledge structure of college students is not reasonable, which restricts the improvement of teaching ability. The school should adjust the curriculum, deepen the connotation of the curriculum, students should study, reflect, construct and improve their knowledge structure, to provide a solid foundation for improving teaching ability.
