BTEC (英国商业与技术教育委员会)教育模式倡导“以学生为中心，以能力培养为主线”的互动式教学理念，反映了英国先进的职业教育理念。对BTEC教学模式特点进行分析，结合本土课程人际沟通的特点，从课程大纲、课程实施、考核方式、课业设计、质量监控等方面进行应用研究。 BTEC教学模式在该课程的应用受到了多数学生的认可，对培养学生专业知识和专业技能以满足岗位需求起到了良好的推动作用。

The BTEC instruction mode advocates student-centered and competency-based teaching methods, which reflects the advanced vocational education ideas in Britain. This article analyzes the characteristic of BTEC in-struction and the communication course. And empirical research is carried out in aspects of design of course content, teaching process, course assessment and assignments, quality control and so on. It comes to conclusion that the ap-plication of BTEC instruction mode not only is appreciated by students, but also plays a good role in promoting the students to meet the job requirements by professional knowledge and skills.
