随着国内高职教育的发展和不断地规范化，针对高职院校辅导员问题的论文也越来越多，但更多的论文主要是针对辅导与队伍的分析。经济欠发达地区的高职院校的发展相对于经济发达地区的高职院校要曲折和缓慢，正处于摸索和规范阶段。本文主要针对欠发达地区高职院校辅导员培养机制进行总体的构建，以便于对此类高职院校辅导员培养机制具体机制的构建提供指导。

With the development of domestic higher vocational education and constantly standardization, there are also more and more papers refer to higher vocational colleges counselors were published, and more papers mainly aimed at counselors and team's analyses. The development of higher vocational colleges in less-developed areas is slow and hard than economy-developed areas'. It becomes groping and normalized. In this paper,in view of the less developed areas makes the overall construction of higher vocational college counselor training mechanism, so that to this kind of mechanism of higher vocational college counselors training is help to guide the construction of a specific mechanism.
