目的:了解海南省临床鱼尾葵花粉过敏情况,为过敏性鼻炎的流行病学研究及临床诊断、治疗和预防提供依据。方法收集2009年1月至2012年12月就诊于海口市人民医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊患者资料。所有患者均为过敏性鼻炎患者且均进行了皮肤点刺试验。随机选择30例鱼尾葵花粉过敏原点刺阳性患者进行鱼尾葵花粉过敏原鼻黏膜激发试验。结果2047例皮肤点刺试验中,鱼尾葵花粉过敏原阳性者占44.26%(906?2047)。30例鱼尾葵花粉过敏原皮肤点刺阳性患者过敏原鼻黏膜激发试验阳性者为100%,20例阴性对照未见阳性反应。结论皮肤点刺和过敏原鼻黏膜激发试验结果相符合,鱼尾葵花粉为海南省重要过敏原。

목적:료해해남성림상어미규화분과민정황,위과민성비염적류행병학연구급림상진단、치료화예방제공의거。방법수집2009년1월지2012년12월취진우해구시인민의원이비인후과문진환자자료。소유환자균위과민성비염환자차균진행료피부점자시험。수궤선택30례어미규화분과민원점자양성환자진행어미규화분과민원비점막격발시험。결과2047례피부점자시험중,어미규화분과민원양성자점44.26%(906?2047)。30례어미규화분과민원피부점자양성환자과민원비점막격발시험양성자위100%,20례음성대조미견양성반응。결론피부점자화과민원비점막격발시험결과상부합,어미규화분위해남성중요과민원。
Objective To investigate the allergenicity of Caryota mitis pollen,forming the basis of the epidemiological study,clinical diagnosis,prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis in Hainan province.Methods 2047 patients with allergic rhinitis were detected with allergen extract of Caryota mitis pollen by skin prick test (SPT),and 30 cases of patients with positive SPT results were selected randomly to be challenged by nasal mucosa provocation test.Results The positive rate of Caryota mitis pollen SPT was 44.26% (906?2047 among 2047 patients;all the nasal mucosa provocation test results of 30 patients with positive SPT results were positive whereas all the results in control group were negative.Conclusion The results of SPT were in agree with the results of nasal mucosa provocation test.Caryota mitis pollen is one of the important allergens in Hainan province.
