为了揭示大开孔疲劳压力容器的应力分布规律,建立了某一大开孔疲劳压力容器的三维有限元模型,施加载荷和边界条件进行应力计算后按照JB 4732—1995的要求进行了线性化应力强度评定和疲劳分析。分析过程和评定结果能够为疲劳压力容器的设计和优化提供一定的参考。

In order to reveal the stress distribution rule of large opening fatigue pressure vessel, the 3D finite element model is established. The stress distribution results are obtained after the load with bearded boundary conditions in the model. Linearity stress intensity evaluation and fatigue analysis results are achieved according to JB 4732—1995. The reference signiifcance and theory basis for design and optimization of fatigue pressure vessel are provided by the analysis process and evaluation results.
