目的：分析和研究规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月～2015年2月神经内科患者132例，均给予规范化健康教育护理干预，将其护理方法与效果进行回顾性的分析与总结。结果132例患者对疾病相关知识掌握优良率为：优69例，良51例，差12例，优良率为90.9%。结论将规范化健康教育护理干预措施应用于神经内科患者护理中，对促进患者病情转归及提高患者生活质量均具有重要作用。

목적：분석화연구규범화건강교육재신경내과호리중적응용효과。방법선취2013년2월～2015년2월신경내과환자132례，균급여규범화건강교육호리간예，장기호리방법여효과진행회고성적분석여총결。결과132례환자대질병상관지식장악우량솔위：우69례，량51례，차12례，우량솔위90.9%。결론장규범화건강교육호리간예조시응용우신경내과환자호리중，대촉진환자병정전귀급제고환자생활질량균구유중요작용。
ObjectiveTo analyze and study the effect of standardized health education in nursing of the patients in the Department of internal medicine.Methods 132 patients with neurological department of internal medicine in February 2013~February 2015, were given standardized health education and nursing intervention, and the nursing methods and effects were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results132 cases of patients with disease related knowledge to master excelent rate was: excelent in 69 cases, good in 51 cases, poor in 12 cases, the fine rate was 90.9%.Conclusion It is important to standardize the health education and nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with neurological department of internal medicine, and to improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
