两年一届的世界跆拳道锦标赛是跆拳道界高水平的赛事之一。本文以2013年世界跆拳道锦标赛为例,将男女各级别冠军获得者的1/4决赛、半决赛、决赛的技术动作运用情况进行统计,分别从比赛中运动员技术运用类别、距离、战术等方面与得分率之间的关系进行分析。结果表明:横踢技术仍然处于核心地位,且得分率较高,后踢、旋风踢、后旋踢等高难度技术还需要进一步强化;近距离和中距离进攻时得分率较高;使用进攻和反击战术时,运动员的得分率明显高于防守和相持阶段。建议:夯实运动员技术基础,重点强化得分率较高的技术动作;重视各项技术全面训练,加强高难技术训练与应用;训练与比赛相结合,提高运动员实战经验;比赛中鼓励运动员积极进攻,大胆运用高难动作,出奇不意,获得奇效。

Two years a session of the world taekwondo championships is world one of the high level of competition. Suggestions:strengthen the athletes technical foundation, focus on strengthening a higher scoring average technical action; Value the technical comprehensive training, strengthen the high-difficulty technical training and application; Combination the training and competition, and improve the athletes of actual combat experience; Encourages athletes active attack in the competition, boldly apply the high-difficulty technologies, with no surprise, get surprise effect.
