采用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比研究和实验等方法。以陕西师范大学运动训练专业单招男排学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组进行实验,探讨核心力量训练对高校男排运动员扣球技术的影响。结论:通过12周的核心力量训练,男排运动员扣球技术水平、成功率和球速得到显著提高。运动员核心力量稳定性提高,核心爆发力增强,为运动员扣球质量提供了重大保障,是一种有效提高排球扣球技术的训练方法。研究目的:为排球的教学、训练、选拔及比赛提供参考。

By the method of documentation, mathematical statistics, comparative research and experimental method. In Shaanxi normal university sports training list for men's volleyball as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in the experiment, discusses the core strength training's impact on the university volleyball athletes spiking technique. Conclusion: through 12 weeks of core strength training, volleyball athletes spiking technique level increased significantly, the success rate and velocity increase. Athletes core stability, core strength enhanced power quality provides important guarantee for athletes spiking, is a kind of effective method to improve the volleyball dropping shot training. Research purposes: for volleyball teaching, training, selection and competition to provide the reference.
