Through the talent training type, according to the demand orientation of industry stage, taking metallurgical engineering undergraduate education talents as training target, teaching course of talent training and teaching content were reformed, the practice teaching was highlighted, opportunity was used for class to improve teaching methods, a scientific teaching system was established. Employment of graduates was 85. 35%, suitable talents were employed for metallurgical industry.
