随着我国高等教育的不断发展，各类高等院校持续扩招，我国大学毕业生数量逐年增长。针对日益严峻的就业形势，作为与社会接轨的高等院校，承担起大学生职业指导工作任务则显得尤为重要。从我国职业指导现状出发，理清“精细化”职业指导概念，提出了“精细化”职业指导的4项具体措施，为我国职业指导提供借鉴。

With the continuous development of China ’ s higher education ,all kinds of universities increased enroll-ment,the number of university graduates in China is increasing year by year .Aiming at the increasingly serious em-ployment situation and institutions connected to society ,it is very important and necessary for universities to assume the task of university students ’ vocational guidance .According to the current situation of vocational guidance ,this article tries to give out the concept of “detailed” vocational guidance and put forward the concrete measure of “de-tailed” vocational guidance .
