校企合作是学校与企业进行合作共同培养人才的一种模式，其目前在国内发展仍存在不少问题。为引导和推动校企合作有效深入地开展，构建校企合作的动力机制很有必要。文章从政府、企业和学校三个角度入手，构建校企合作的动力机制，并以教育技术学专业为例对其进行阐述。

College-enterprise cooperation is a kind of mode of cooperation between college and enterprise. The domestic development of it is not smooth with some potential problems. Therefore, in order to guide and promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises effectively, it is necessary to build the dynamics mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation. This thesis constructs the dynamics mechanism of enterprise cooperation, and takes the educa-tional technology specialty as an example to explain it from three angles of government, enterprise and college.
