采用硅溶胶和钛白粉直接包覆法,制得硅溶胶/金红石型二氧化钛包覆中空玻璃微珠,并利用 SEM、EDS 和导热系数测定研究不同包覆条件对中空玻璃微珠强度及隔热性能的影响。结果表明,硅溶胶单独包覆中空玻璃微珠和硅溶胶/钛白粉复合包覆中空玻璃微珠均能形成包覆层,可增大中空玻璃微珠强度,但硅溶胶单独包覆会减弱涂料的隔热效果;当中空玻璃微珠、硅溶胶、钛白粉质量比为3∶1∶1时,复合包覆后中空玻璃微珠所制隔热涂料的强度和隔热性能达到最佳值。
採用硅溶膠和鈦白粉直接包覆法,製得硅溶膠/金紅石型二氧化鈦包覆中空玻璃微珠,併利用 SEM、EDS 和導熱繫數測定研究不同包覆條件對中空玻璃微珠彊度及隔熱性能的影響。結果錶明,硅溶膠單獨包覆中空玻璃微珠和硅溶膠/鈦白粉複閤包覆中空玻璃微珠均能形成包覆層,可增大中空玻璃微珠彊度,但硅溶膠單獨包覆會減弱塗料的隔熱效果;噹中空玻璃微珠、硅溶膠、鈦白粉質量比為3∶1∶1時,複閤包覆後中空玻璃微珠所製隔熱塗料的彊度和隔熱性能達到最佳值。

Silica-sol/rutile TiO 2 coated hollow glass beeds (HGB)were prepared by direct cladding method with silica-sol and titanium dioxide as the raw materials.The effect of different coating condi-tions on the strength and thermal insulation properties of HGB was characterized by SEM,EDS and determination of thermal conductivity.The results show that both silica-sol and silica-sol/rutile TiO 2 can be enwrapped on the surface of HGB and increase its strength as a consequence.However,the paint prepared by silica-sol coated HGBs exhibits relatively inferior thermal insulation effect.When the weight ratio of HGB,silica-sol and TiO 2 is 3∶1∶1,the strength and thermal insulation proper-ties of the paint prepared by silica-sol/rutile TiO 2 coated HGB are the optimal.
