基于 Fluent 软件,采用 VOF 和 DPM 模型对 KR 脱硫搅拌槽内的流场和脱硫剂颗粒运动进行数值模拟,研究搅拌槽内的流场特性和搅拌头的转速对颗粒运动轨迹的影响。结果表明,搅拌初期槽内自由液面中心在下凹的过程中伴有上涌和回落的现象;流场稳定后,流体在壁面处形成上、下对称的两个涡流,而在搅拌头的底部容易形成死区;提高搅拌头的转速有利于提高槽内流场的轴向速度,有利于脱硫剂颗粒在槽内均匀悬浮,从而提高脱硫效果。
基于 Fluent 軟件,採用 VOF 和 DPM 模型對 KR 脫硫攪拌槽內的流場和脫硫劑顆粒運動進行數值模擬,研究攪拌槽內的流場特性和攪拌頭的轉速對顆粒運動軌跡的影響。結果錶明,攪拌初期槽內自由液麵中心在下凹的過程中伴有上湧和迴落的現象;流場穩定後,流體在壁麵處形成上、下對稱的兩箇渦流,而在攪拌頭的底部容易形成死區;提高攪拌頭的轉速有利于提高槽內流場的軸嚮速度,有利于脫硫劑顆粒在槽內均勻懸浮,從而提高脫硫效果。
기우 Fluent 연건,채용 VOF 화 DPM 모형대 KR 탈류교반조내적류장화탈류제과립운동진행수치모의,연구교반조내적류장특성화교반두적전속대과립운동궤적적영향。결과표명,교반초기조내자유액면중심재하요적과정중반유상용화회락적현상;류장은정후,류체재벽면처형성상、하대칭적량개와류,이재교반두적저부용역형성사구;제고교반두적전속유리우제고조내류장적축향속도,유리우탈류제과립재조내균균현부,종이제고탈류효과。
Based on Fluent software,VOF and DPM models were applied to simulate the flow field and desulfurizer particle movement in the stirred tank.Flow field characteristics and the influence of rota-tional speed of stirrer on desulfurizer particle movement were researched.The results show that a up-welling and falling phenomenon happens in the center of free surface during the sinking process at the beginning of mixing.When the flow field becomes steady,it produces two transversely zygomorphic eddies near the wall.However,dead zone is easily generated under the stirrer.Increasing the rota-tional speed of the stirrer is beneficial to increasing axial velocity of flow field and uniform suspension of desulfurizer particles in the stirred tank,thus improving desulfurization efficiency.
