目的:探讨微课在医学高专生物化学实验教学中的应用效果。方法以漯河医学高等专科学校2013级三年制医学检验专业1、2班为研究对象。1班为实验组147人;2班为对照组150人。实验组采用微课式实验教学法,对照组采用传统的实验教学方法。实验课程结束后对两组学生进行测试,对实验组进行教学问卷调查,对两组测试平均成绩进行独立样本 t 检验。结果实验组的平均成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);问卷调查显示,95.2%以上的学生对微课应用于实验教学模式感兴趣,90.5%的学生认为此教学模式能够提高学习的兴趣和主动性。结论微课实验教学效果优于传统实验教学,而且能够提高学生学习的兴趣和主动性,值得深入研究和推广。

Objective To explore the effects of micro-lectures in biochemical experiment teaching at medical colleges.Methods We recruited Classes 1 and 2 of Grade 2013 of three-year laboratory medical science program in our college.The 147 students in Class 1 received micro-lecture experiment teaching while the 150 students in Class 2 received the traditional experiment teaching mode.After the end of the course,the students were tested and a questionnaire was distributed to the experimental group. The average test scores in the two groups were analyzed with single sample t test.Results The experimental group taught with micro-lectures had a significantly higher average test score than that of the traditional experiment teaching group (P <0.01).The questionnaire survey showed that more than 95. 2% of the students in the micro-lecture group were interested in this teaching method,and 90.5%thought that the method could enhance their enthusiasm for learning and independent learning ability. Conclusion The micro-lecture experiment teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in teaching effects and can improve students'learning interest and initiative.Therefore,it is worthy of further study and popularization.
