目的:探讨将3D 神经导航技术与神经外科手术录像结合,并应用于神经外科手术教学中的优势。方法将3D 神经导航技术与复杂难懂的神经外科手术教学相结合,选取48名学生作为实验组,50名学生作为对照组,进行了对比性实验教学:实验组观看3D 手术录像,对照组以传统手术录像模式进行手术教学;对两组学生进行教学效果的考核和教学满意度的调查。结果加入3D 神经导航技术后,在新的教学模式下学生对手术录像的理解情况明显优于旧模式的教学,且差异有统计学意义(P =0.009)。结论将3D 神经导航技术与神经外科手术教学相结合的模式,能够使手术变得直观、易懂,激发了学生的学习兴趣,为手术教学模式提供了新的思路。

Objective To explore the combination of 3D neural navigation technology with neurosurgical operation video and the advantages of them applied in neurosurgical operation teaching. Methods We combined 3D neural navigation technology with complicated neurosurgical operation teaching.We assigned 48 students to the experimental group who watched 3D operation video and 50 students to the control group who received the traditional operation model of surgery teaching.Then we investigated the assessment of teaching outcomes and satisfaction of teaching in the two groups.Results With the introduction of 3D neural navigation technology in the new teaching mode,the students had a better understanding of operation video,with a significant difference (P =0.009).Conclusion The teaching mode of 3D neural navigation technology combined with neurosurgical operation teaching can make operation demonstration clear and easy to understand,and motivate students'interest in learning, thus opening up a new way of thinking for surgical teaching model.
