目的：总结在门诊药房管理中信息化技术的应用效果。方法回顾性分析431160例门诊处方的药方付药记录，以220110例在门诊药房管理中未应用信息化技术为对照组，以211050例在门诊药房管理中应用信息化技术为信息组。对比两组划价时间、付药时间及付药差错率。结果信息组划价时间及付药时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），同时信息组药品品种差错率、规格差错率、数量差错率及总差错率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论信息化技术可有效的提高门诊药房的工作效率，并降低付药差错率。

Objective To summarize the results in the application of outpatient pharmacy management of information technology. Methods A retrospective analysis of 431,160 cases of outpatient prescription drug prescription pay records to 220,110 cases in the outpatient pharmacy management is not applied in information technology for the control group, with 211,050 cases of application of information technology in the outpatient pharmacy management group for information. Two designated price comparison time, pay and paid time drug drug error rate. Result The information set time designated price and time to pay the drug were signiifcantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05), while the packet error rate of drug varieties, speciifcations error rate, error rate, and the total number of error rates were signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Information technology can effectively improve the efifciency of outpatient pharmacy, medicine and reduce the error rate of pay.
