观察益气养阴通络法治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效。方法对服用益气养阴通络法的治疗组60例与单纯服用稳心颗粒对照组38例进行观察。30天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后中医症候积分，评价冠心病心律失常疗效、中医症候疗效。结果治疗组有效率为89.4%，对照组有效率为75.3%；从心电图变化分析，治疗组总有效率为90.2%，对照组总有效率为75.0%。治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论益气养阴通络法治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效良好，能够改善心肌缺血，提供心肌营养。对解除心悸、心慌气短、乏力、胸闷痛、眩晕多梦等症状有较好的作用。
관찰익기양음통락법치료관심병심률실상적료효。방법대복용익기양음통락법적치료조60례여단순복용은심과립대조조38례진행관찰。30천위1개료정。관찰치료전후중의증후적분，평개관심병심률실상료효、중의증후료효。결과치료조유효솔위89.4%，대조조유효솔위75.3%；종심전도변화분석，치료조총유효솔위90.2%，대조조총유효솔위75.0%。치료조명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론익기양음통락법치료관심병심률실상적료효량호，능구개선심기결혈，제공심기영양。대해제심계、심황기단、핍력、흉민통、현훈다몽등증상유교호적작용。
Objective The clinical curative effect of nourishing Yin t2dm with method of treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Taking the treatment of nourishing Yin method of t2dm group of 60 cases with simple take metacentre grain control group 38 cases were observed. For 30 days a course of treatment. Were observed before and after treatment of TCM symptom integral, evaluating the effect of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease, TCM symptoms curative effect.Results The treatment group effective rate was 89.4%, the control group effective rate was 75.3%. From the ecg change analysis, the treatment group effective rate was 90.2%, control group effective rate was 75.0%, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of nourishing Yin t2dm with good curative effect of treatment of coronary heart disease, it can improve myocardial ischemia, myocardial nutrition. To remove palpitation, lfustered shortness of breath, fatigue, chest pain, dizziness, the symptom such as much dream has a better effect.
