在完善农村社会养老保险制度这一惠农政策中，农民的需求意愿应当成为改革推进过程中的重要参考指标。在调查河南省农村居民对养老保险的风险意识、认知状况、评价和期待等因素的基础上，提出了应在充分加强宣传和引导，保障农民权益、增加农民收入方面进一步加大力度，以完善河南省农村养老保险制度。
在完善農村社會養老保險製度這一惠農政策中，農民的需求意願應噹成為改革推進過程中的重要參攷指標。在調查河南省農村居民對養老保險的風險意識、認知狀況、評價和期待等因素的基礎上，提齣瞭應在充分加彊宣傳和引導，保障農民權益、增加農民收入方麵進一步加大力度，以完善河南省農村養老保險製度。
재완선농촌사회양로보험제도저일혜농정책중，농민적수구의원응당성위개혁추진과정중적중요삼고지표。재조사하남성농촌거민대양로보험적풍험의식、인지상황、평개화기대등인소적기출상，제출료응재충분가강선전화인도，보장농민권익、증가농민수입방면진일보가대력도，이완선하남성농촌양로보험제도。
In perfecting the rural society endowment insurance system of the major policies to benefit farmers ,Farm-ers demand intention should become an important reference index in the process of the reform .Based on factors such as the investigation of rural residents in Henan Province on the endowment insurance ,risk consciousness ,cognitive status,evaluation and expectation ,this paper presented that we should take measures in these respects of strengthe -ning the propaganda and guidance ,protecting the rights and interests of farmers ,increasing the income of the farmers and so on ,to perfect the system of rural endowment insurance in Henan province .
