脱硫装置循环泵的气蚀现象往往造成不必要的经济损失，在无旁路脱硫装置中甚至会导致锅炉主机停机。针对烟气脱硫装置中吸收塔循环泵的气蚀现象进行讨论和研究，得到了采用改变泵入口侧管道流场来有效防止气蚀现象发生的方法。通过理论分析和工程实验，证明增大泵入口侧管道管径，减小泵入口侧管道长度，采用变径管道这三个方法可以有效地防止泵气蚀现象的发生。

The cavitation of absorber circulating pump in FGD usually results in unnecessary economic losses. Especially in FGD without bypass, it can results in the stop of boiler. The cavitation of absorber circulating pump in FGD was discussed. The method to prevent cavitation was obtained, that was the change of the inlet pipe’s flow field. Through theoretical analysis and experiment in engineering, three factors including enlarging the diameter, shortening the length and stepped-diameter design of inlet pipe, were proved that can prevent cavitation effectively.
