目的：探讨根据患者形体特征进行人工膝关节置换假体尺寸预测的可行性，并对其准确性进行分析。方法随机选择在本组2012年1月至2013年12月在孙逸仙纪念医院关节外科进行人工全膝关节置换术（TKA）的患者60例，均采用了NexGen LPS假体（美国，Zimmer）。输入患者年龄、身高、体重及身体质量指数、病史等变量指标，收集手术实际使用的膝关节假体型号，建立线性回归模型。同时应用模型对2014年1月到2014年6月随机选取的20例TKA手术患者进行术前预测以进行验证，依据术中实际所用的假体型号，评估预测模型的的准确性。结果建立线性回归预测模型，年龄及身体质量指数对胫骨及股骨假体尺寸预测模型均为最显著的预测因子，初步验证其预测尺寸与实际植入假体尺寸差异在±1号内。结论这种新方法对于预测实际所用假体型号可以起到一定的指导作用。但在应用中，要综合考虑、评估影响假体型号选择的各种因素。

Objective To calculate the sizes of prostheses used in total knee arthroplasty(TKA) preoperatively basing on ph ysique of the patients, and evaluate the accuracy of these calculations.Methods Sixty patients who underwent TKA in joint surgery department of Sun Yat-sen Hospital during January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly selected.NexGen LPS prosthesis ( Zimmer, U.S.) was applied in all the cases.Data such as age, gender, body weight, body mass index ( BMI ) , underlying diseases and prosthesis sizes were collected to set up a linear regression model.The model was tested by preoperative calculation for 20 patients of TKA during January 2014 to June 2014.Results The linear regression model suggested that age and BMI acted as the principal predicting factors for prosthesis sizes.The number discrepancy between the predicted size and the actual size was within ±1#size .Conclusion The statistic model may be beneficial for preoperative prosthetic size calculation though various factors should be considerations.
