目前国有体制贸易公司基本都依托于供应链体系，逐步实现了集约式采购管理模式，实现了国有企业的阳光化采购。通过供应链集中式采购，最大程度上避免了周期采购过程中存在的人为干预因素，但监管到位的同时也出现了供应链结算滞后等问题，而新兴的互联网金融模式可以很好地解决出现的结算滞后问题，在规范贸易采购的同时，也极大完善了供应商供应体系，实现供货体的“0资本”运作。同时增加社会群体参与社会资金流转的机会，实现国有体制贸易的“国民参与”。在目前“互联网+”新概念形成的过程中，互联网正在对零售、金融、教育、医疗、汽车、农业、化工、环保、能源等行业产生深刻影响，对传统行业的升级换代起到重要作用。作为能源型央企的领头羊，神华在供应链金融、能源领域的探索势在必行。
