目的:探讨应用三维打印技术制作骨科教学模型及教学实施的效果。方法针对一些局部解剖结构复杂、采用传统教学方式难以使学生充分理解与掌握的伤病,根据患者影像学资料,应用三维打印技术制作了系列教学模型,并在教学实践中应用。结果采用三维打印模型进行教学的为实验组,未采用的为对照组,学生对课程的总体评价实验组(95.2±6.3分)比对照组(84.3±7.2分)高11.2分(95CI:8.3~12.4)(P <0.05),对教学手段的评分实验组(98.1±10.3分)比对照组(90.2±8.3分)增加了8.2分(95CI:6.5~9.6)(P <0.05),学员对课程感到有兴趣的百分比对照组为60%,实验组为78%,实验组高于对照组(P <0.05),对知识掌握度也有明显提高。结论应用三维打印技术制作教学模型方便快捷,教学效果良好。相信随着技术的不断发展和应用的推广,该技术在医学教育领域也会有越来越广泛的应用。

Objective To explore the orthopedics teaching model made with 3D printing technology and its effects of application in teaching.Methods Some local anatomic structures are complex and the traditional teaching method makes it difficult for students to fully understand and grasp injuries and diseases.We applied 3D printing technology to make a series of teaching models based on patients'imaging data and applied the models in teaching practice.Results Students who were taught with 3D printing model were the experimental group while those who were not served as the control group. The students'overall evaluation score was 11.2 points higher in experimental group than in the control group (95.2 ±6.3 vs.84.3 ±7.2,P <0.05).The score of teaching method evaluation was increased by 8.2 points (98.1 ±10.3 in experimental group vs.90.2 ±8.3 in control group,P <0.05).The percentage of students interested in the course was also increased from 60% to 78%.The degree of know-ledge acquisition increased significantly.Conclusion Making teaching models with 3D printing technology is convenient and fast and achieves good teaching results.We believe that the technology will be in increasingly wide use in medical education with constant technological development and popularization.
